Privacy Policy

This policy explains how RCFL Verification handles information when you connect your Discord and Roblox accounts.

Information we collect

We receive your Discord user ID, username, and server display name from the RCFL Discord bot. After you authorize through Roblox, we receive your Roblox user ID, username, display name, profile link, and avatar where Roblox provides them. We also keep verification status, timestamps, security audit events, and limited technical request data needed to prevent abuse and diagnose failures.

How we use information

We use this information to link accounts, assign or maintain RCFL Discord roles, enforce league eligibility and account rules, prevent duplicate or fraudulent verification, secure the service, and support users.

OAuth credentials

Your Roblox password is entered only on Roblox and is never available to RCFL. RCFL uses the authorization response only to identify your Roblox account. We do not retain Roblox access or refresh tokens after verification and request revocation of the temporary authorization when the connection finishes.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. Information is processed by Roblox and Discord as part of their platforms and by Cloudflare, which hosts the verification website, API, and database. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users, RCFL, or the service.

Retention and deletion

Verified account links are kept while needed to operate RCFL and maintain league records. Expired sessions, audit records, and security logs may be retained for fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and legitimate administrative needs. To request access, correction, unlinking, or deletion, contact an RCFL administrator through the official RCFL Discord server. Some records may be retained where needed for security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

Age requirements

Roblox requires users to be at least 13 years old to authorize OAuth applications. Do not use RCFL Verification if you are not eligible to authorize the Roblox application.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the service or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to an RCFL administrator through the official RCFL Discord server.
